A collection of poems, haiku, short stories and remembrances accumulated over the years including a few contributions from friends and my youngest daughter.

Don’t Say Anything is meant to focus on hiding emotions, either by force or because of the lack of having someone to rely on to hear such thoughts. These poems try to shed light on not being able to express yourself, or not having the comfort to do so. Some poems might focus on by-products of not being able to express yourself, such as loneliness, isolation, anger, etc.

This is an anthology of poems by medical students, who used "poem templates" to facilitate their writing. A poem template is like a mad libs but for poems. There are a few words that given a loose structure and then large blank spaces for the writer to fill in their experience and ideas. The writers are able to use and even edit the template to suit their writing. I made these templates because I have used writing poetry as a processing tool for my life and I wanted to give people who didn't have writing experience access to those benefits. I also love getting to see what others write! It is amazing what people can do with just a few words to get them started.
